The table is all done now, transported to its permanent location at the faculty. Photos available in my gallery, more will be added soon. While this series of blog posts ends here, nearly a year after it started, the entire story about our exploration multitouch multi-user interfaces only begins ... or so I hope at least.

The people involved in the project are mainly software engineers ... interested more in software aspects of multitouch interaction. We are gathering and structuring ideas for a multitouch framework. So if you are by any chance a student, situated at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science at the University of Ljubljana (or in fact from any other faculty from this university) and you are interested in new human-computer interaction concepts ... do contact me.

Regarding the hardware - the table itself - there are a couple of issues that will have to be addressed sooner or later:

• Computer (we have to buy a decent computer capable of some fancy graphic effects)
• Better surface (a lot of improvements possible there)
• Aesthetic issues (well, it is a prototype)
