My first day in the "real world" (that is not so real because it is still university) passed rather chaotically. Meeting with my mentor, walking around meeting people ... then spending a few hours in an empty room (everyone else had something else to do apparently) preparing my "workspace".

And what will I be doing next 2 - 4.5 years? It will not be related to my BSc thesis work, that is object categorization more than the fact that one can put both in cognitive visual systems area of science. I will be working on human body tracking in connection with human-computer interfaces.
