It is not a very new discovery, but I think that I have not written about it yet. I am talking about my experience with services and their cost. Since I am from a country that has not been fully enlightened by the profound teachings of the capitalism (notice the sarcasm), I find all those costs ... well absurd.
The first service is the post office. Even Swedes can tell you that it is expensive as hell (um ... I guess hell is not expensive at all but you get the point). I am not talking only about postcards to abroad (that are supposed to cost 12 SEK per piece), I had to pay 11 SEK just to send a normal envelope from Luleå to Luleå (no, there was no option of just taking it to the address because the office that the envelope was entitled to provided only postal box number).
Today I had to pay 20 SEK just to get my train ticket from the distributor (I have paid the ticket over the Internet before that). Of course this is not mentioned when you buy online, it is too obvious that every single thing is charged for.
And no, I am not ranting, I am simply stating the facts ... in a more emotional way ;-)
